Ingredients
4 cups finely chopped kale
2 tbs roasted almonds, chopped
1 apple, diced
2 tbs lemon juice
4 tbs olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
parmesan cheese, to serve (optional)
Preparation
Place kale, almonds and apple in a bowl and toss well. Mixed lemon juice, olive oil and mustard togetehr and drizzle over. Grate optional parmesan cheese over the top, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
