Ingredients
1 cup flax seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups warm water
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with unbleached baking paper.
2. Combine in a large bowl the seeds and water. Stir well and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
3. Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
4. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to score the rolled-out mixture into desired cracker shapes and sizes.
5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the crackers are crisp. Keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly.
