Ingredients
8 Tbs Chia Seeds
500ml Almond Milk (Or preferred milk)
1 Banana (chopped or mashed – to serve) or 1 apple grated
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) or sprinkle of cinnamon
Berries, peanut butter, coconut to top (optional)
Preparation
Mix almond milk and chia seeds together, allow to sit for 2 minutes and then (this part is important) stir again to remove any lumps. Add cocoa powder, vanilla and cover and place in fridge from 2 hours – overnight. To serve add chopped/mashed banana and berries on top. Makes 4 serves and can last for up to days in the fridge.
