Zara is a degree qualified Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and an Integrative Nutritional Medicine Practitioner.

 

With over 30 years’ experience in the health industry, Zara started as a teenager working in the family organic & health food shop, gaining an early understanding of the importance of holistic health, and the healing power of nutritional medicine. 

 

Zara’s approach focuses on a deep, whole picture understanding using clinical, evidenced-based knowledge, diagnostic testing, and the latest scientific research to help determine the root causes contributing to health issues. 

 

Using both food as medicine and prescribed nutraceuticals/supplementation as needed, Zara develops tailored treatment plans providing her clients with the knowledge, support, skills, and the building blocks to empower them in achieving their health goals.
